We are bringing you a new beer from the wild side of our brewery! Perfect for the sunny weather: LACTIC FANTASTIC GAVÀ (4%)
Using the same recipe of the Lactic Fantastic Raspberry (a kettle kettle-soured beer, 100% fermented with Brett. This time we added delicious guava. A proper tropical sour fruit juice!

From tap at 8e Pint Utrechtse Bierbrouwers Festival. Aroma is lactic with tons of tropical fruits, guava, and soft wheat. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a little sweetness. Body is light. Very tasty tropical fruit Sour.

Draft at Arendsnest during Carnevale Brett. Cloudy to murky golden color. Tropical fruit aroma. Taste is lightly sweet lightly tart fruit subtle bitter finish. Nice

Sampled @ Arendsnest. A bit hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste are quite fruity, light tart, well balanced. Quite nice.

On tap at Arendsnest, CB'18. Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of guava, passion fruit, light tart. Flavour of tropical fruits, light tart, guava, some lemon, peach, slightly dirty, light tart finish. Light bodied.

Tap at Arendsnest. Light pale golden with white head. Sour guava, light malts, soft grass, roasted corn. Light sweet, medium sour. Over light bodied. Quite nice, but too much roasted corn.

8 3 8 3 16Draft at Arendsnest, Carnivale Brettanomysis ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of tart guava, lychee and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ Foeders. Hazy golden yellow color. Big dense white head with good retention. Aroma's: Firm sour, fruity, a bit lactic. Retronasal it's lactic indeed, sourish, sweetish, fruit. Flavor is moderate sour, light moderate sweet, fruit. Light medium bodied. Short finish. Quite pleasant.
