Clear, waxy yellow. Large, white head steadily falls to cover.
Herbs, wax, light honey and good mineral character are all pretty easygoing, mild and show only moderate aroma strength overall.
Light and bubbly with moderate fruitiness, big dryness and not nearly as malty as expected. The herbal character from the hops is zesty and refreshing, however, and there's enough honey-like character from the malt to keep you satisfied, for the most part. Goes down very fast, that's for sure. Clean, bright, mineral and cracker-filled finish.
