Fully hazy to cloudy, peach-gold-copper. Off-white head falls steadily to ring.
Peach-lime-nectarine in the nose gives way to light pine for balance. Fairly sparse malts contribute only a touch of honey, but mostly biscuit and cracker. No resin, flaw or alcohol noted.
Sweet, in the mouth with an almost smokey yeast phenol and orange-pine and tea-like hop notes. Good depth to the malts that are well-attenuated and the carbonation is low but engaging. Bitterness is rather high throughout, but not overdone. Graham cracker, buttercream and vanilla-like malt notes help soften things on the finish.
