Draught at the brewery, 6/28/18.
Clear straw-to-brass golden. White head fades steadily to nothing.
Smells grassy and lightly floral initially. Malt adds light honey and the yeast contributes pear, apple, gentle white pepper, low clove and little/no bubble gum. Nice and mild, not super aromatic but showing obvious care in fermentation. Malts are apparent, as well, which is enjoyable.
Soft textures with more mild pear, apple and strawberry esters and light clove, again, without the bubble gum. Moderate, engaging carbonation with good, well-attenuated malts and high cleanliness throughout. Chewy biscuit even with light fruitiness and a balancing grassy, herbal bitterness on the end. Nice, simple, pleasant.
