Bright, cranberry-tinted, beige-caramel with a great clarity and a beige head atop showing moderate retention.
Soft char and plentiful red fruit mix with light caramel and rich honey. A hint of tobacco and ash graces the finish, drying things nicely. Clean and crisp, with a wonderful balance and excellent display of malt and smoke.
In the mouth it's crisp, malty and dry with soft, tobacco and woodsmoke slowly building up on the palate, while vibrant red fruits punctuate the finish. Lightly herbal bitterness balances the creamy, honey-rich malts and carbonation is moderate and very engaging. Smoke gently lingers. No alcohol or flaw. Wonderful as always.

On tap at Cambridge Brewing Co. Hazy deep amber orange colour lasting white head. Balanced smoke and orange citrus flavours. Smoked cheese. Lager drinkability in the mouth. Drying finish with increasing smoke. Yes fine.
