Lightly-to-moderately hazy, brass-gold with a light amount of dense, white head showing moderate retention.
Smells very floral, initially. Honey, peppery phenols and mild grassiness, with very low yeast character overall. Light bread, strong cereal-like grain. No alcohol or flaw.
In mouth it shows a texture full of lightly sticky honey with a robust, grassy bitterness and plentiful white pepper phenol. Very, very dry, rustic grain-like flavors and textures with lingering sweet honey and light perfume-like notes from the honey, as well. More and more ester and phenol emerges with warming, but it does so slowly and elegantly. No crudeness/clove/banana here. Dry and snappy finish with pepper lingering. Clean and great.

Gold Star Beer Counter, Brooklyn tap: pours cloudy gold with a white head. Aroma is light bits of honey, yeast and flowers. Taste is loads of honey. It is a bit sweet, but not too much. Light hoppy notes. Subtle touches.
