Amerikansk IPA med let og frisk maltkrop. Hver gang vi brygger denne øl beslutter vores brygmester sig for en ny og unik kombination af hele 10 forskellige amerikanske humlesorter. Dette princip giver små variationer mellem de enkelte bryg og konstante nye smagsoplevelser. Efter det første skud af bitterhed opleves øllen rund og velafbalanceret for til slut at byde sig til med et raffineret samspil af de bitre og de aromatiske humler.

Draught at KØ18. Good hoppy aroma. Piney and grassy. Clear shiny golden colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is hoppy and fairly bitter. Has a little earth in the finish. Good mouthfeel. 637315

Tap@Ølfestival København 2018, Copenhagen - pours orange with a white head. Sweet pale bready malty, light doughy yeast, with some citrus fruity notes, hay, straw, medium to light body, touch herbal and grassy hoppy into the finish.

Tap @ Sdr. Borup. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are bitter hops, fruits, malt and has a nice long bitter finish.
