Bubblegum, candied citrus and tropical fruit combine with the spicy character of rye and our house belgian yeast strain to produce a wonderful blend of Belgian and American flavors.

Draught at the brewery, 4/7/18.
Cloudy bronze with a white head fading steadily to a ring.
Heavy dough and white pepper in the nose with some almost saccharine-like white sugar notes thrown in. Pineapple, apple, pear. Jesus, so much strong yeast character. It feels rather crude/messy and not at all what I've come to expect from this brewery.
In the mouth it's doughy, twangy and bready with tons of yeast character that is bland and more pronounced in the texture than actual ester profile. Great texture and carbonation and no alcohol or resin, but just sooooo much crude yeast character and strong clove emerging with warming.

500 ml bottle purchased at RedStone Liquors, Stoneham MA. Label reads bottled APR 2015 with an ABV of 6.3 percent. Color is a dirty straw gold with a good amount of lasting head. Nose is some a very subtle yeast with a strong amount of citrus hops, mild rye, very pleasing aroma.
The flavor starts with with spicy rye or perhaps yeast comes into play. The finish shows a nice citrus hop punch that lingers slightly. Bitterness overall is on the mild side and plays nicely with the yeast character. Correct carbonation level that gives a tingly sensation over the palate. Damn, I really enjoyed drinking this and wished I had another bottle after downing this one with ease. Highly drinkable for me on a warm May evening.
