Stash #7 is an exciting new addition to our rotating hop series called Stash. For this edition, we dry hopped it with some El Dorado, Sultana, and Ella for some bright pineapple notes with subtle bursts of citrus.

City Tap draught 5/26/22. Heavily hazy to turbid, bronze tinted OJ. Flimsy, white head. Sweetish nose, lots of honey, maybe a bit of bubble gum. Not as strong on the hops. Some earth and mineral, light orange juice. Melon, earth, bubble gum, light honey and white bread. Soft, well-attenuated with strong yeast esters including moderate bubble gum. I like the earthy mineral and low bitterness but maybe a bit too much peachy-melon.
