Boston taproom draught, 5/21/22. Clear lemon-brass. Small, white head fades to ring quickly. Nose is mostly good saison notes - black pepper, mineral, touch of clove, no banana. Apricots are shy in the nose. Honey and white dough from the malt are fairly gentle. Very carbonated, malty, well-attenuated with lots of pepper and light apricot fruitiness. Minimal acidity, lots of dough and light honey. Light all around, pretty safe but I do like the strong maltiness for its size.
