The Alchemist - jasne American IPA, przygotowane na wzór reprezentantów stylu ze Wschodniego Wybrzeża USA. Wyraźnie wyczuwalną słodycz przynosi starannie opracowana słodowa podbudowa, skontrowana przez wysoką goryczkę. Dodane na zimno amerykańskie chmiele przynoszą cytrusowo-owocowe akcenty w aromacie.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - pours a fuzzy golden to orange colour with a white head. Medium sweet tropical fruity hoppy and malty some caramel, juicy grapefruit and peach, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish.

Sampled @ Van Moll Fest 2018. Clear golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, a bit dry, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok. 7-3-7-3-15.

Sampled from tap at Van Moll Fest 2018. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of pineapple, fresh grass and lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and gently grassy taste of pineapple, fresh grass and lemon peel, followed by a short, medium bitter, grassy, resiny finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

[ As Brokreacja The Alchemist ].Clear medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, light grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, citrus - grapefruit, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180601] 7-3-7-3-15

On tap at BroPub, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, biscuity malt, and detergent. Flavour is very malty and sickly sweet, with earthy hops, caramel and some medicinal notes. Balanced poorly, with sickly sweet caramely malts and a lack of hops. Not good.
