Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Brewed with passion fruit, orange peel, and guava, this Daily Serving presents light amber in the glass. Waves of tropical notes wash across the palate, with passion fruit, guava nectar, juicy mango, and fresh-zested orange peel as the highlights. Satisfyingly balanced, with just the right level of sweetness and acidity, the mouthfeel is soft and coating, as you've come to expect from this series.

Tap @ Trillium Brewing Co. Nice head with good duration. Color us hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich passion fruit, guava, orange, malt and citrus. Nice light sour fruity finish.

Pours a luscious hazy peach juice/orange color from a can. Big passion fruit, orange and guava aroma, go figure. Even bigger flavor. Juicy but with a nice sour note. Very good beer.

Fenway draught, 4/27/22. Cloudy, pink and peach-tinged grapefruit flesh with a small, off-white head. Beautiful nose, per usual with this series. Lots of guava with lighter passion fruit tartness and light orange peel floral astringency. Soft, juicy, nicely malty and attenuated. Great sweet, juicy and bitter/tart balance. Orange peel adds gentle bitterness up front while the tropical fruit juice interjects sweetness, finally ending tart, earthy, wine-like. Pretty incredible how much flavor they pack into these things without lactose, syrupy sugar or cheap fruit character coming through. Really liking this series more and more lately.

16oz can pours out orange pink color topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet fruit big passion notes guava. Taste is more of the nice fruit mix and a nice tartness.

Pours tequila sunrise into an shaker. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Passion fruit and guava aromas. Soft with sweet guava and orange peel upfront turning to mildly tart passion fruit in the medium length finish.
