Roast and lots of vanilla. Some coffee. Comes together decently balance but it's pretty sweet. Lots of sweet caramel Motor oil pour, as the bartender said. Booze. Tap at High Side.
Awww yussss banana and vanilla forward for sure with really nice barrel throughout, the chocolate is muted and nuts accompany the mid, overall delish. Barrel banana split dessert. Thick but not too thick, nice carb, ice cream vibes.

Draught at Row 34, 4/2/22. Thick looking syrupy mahogany to ebony. Tan head slides down quickly. Rich milk chocolate with light alcohol and dry, meaty macadamia. Softer vanilla and light banana ester. Not sharp or hot. Sugary though. In the mouth it's thick and syrupy. Sweet with bitter toast and alcohol cutting sweet maple and brown sugar as bananas begin to pile on towards the finish. Like Trillium's Buncha Bananas, I just don't love these wild Thai bananas; too much acid and heavy, sharp ester. Other than that it's a solid pastry stout that isn't hot or cloying.
