Bottled 6/23/21, drunk 3/19/22. Clear, copper-golden with a small, white head that is flimsy. I swear I get a little mesquite character in the nose, which is also replete with soft, mineral-rich yeast notes, light honey-like malt and other grains. No alcohol or flaw. Soft and malty with great attenuation and mild mesquite-like character from the honey. Light honey on the finish and enjoyable saison character with no unwanted ester/phenols (no clove, bubble gum, etc...).

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Sweet hay and honey aromas. Crisp with honey upfront turning to earthy multigrain sourdough before the lasting pie crust finish.
