[ As Munkebo Sól ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, earthy, mold, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, damp stain - fusty, pale malt, earthy, fruit - berry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180601] 4-3-5-3-8

Jeg går planken på Brewers Inc (mai-18), og i likhet med Fenrir er denne lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Lyse og lette florale toner og myk citrus, og med en viss urtepræget bitterhed i tillegg. Diskret indslag af honningsødme. Fin bitterhed og saftig afslutning. diskrete tropiske frugter. Blød, elegant og balancered med let bitterhed i afslutningen.
