Jedenáckta is our 11° Plato Polotmavý. Czech for “half dark”, this Amber Lager is brewed with Czech floor malted Pils, Vienna and Munich malts for notes of toast, caramel and bread. Czech Sladek hops balance out the malt and provide a spicy finish. This beer also undergoes a unique mashing schedule known as an enhanced double decoction for a more complex malt flavor.

Canned 2/2/22, drunk 3/12/22. Clear, amber to orange peel with a small, but solid, white head. Mineral and sourdough galore with biscuit, pepper, and delightful honey. In the mouth it's soft, succulent, honey-rich and tons of attenuated maltiness. Zesty orange and caramel with vanilla and honey and just so crisp, clean, mineral rich and drinkable. Nice to see a low abv beer get some high marks on this site. It's a rare thing and I'm happy to add to it.

Pours deep clear amber into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to sicken surface. Dark caramel and brown bread aromas. Crisp with hot caramel, light pit fruit, and raisin bread upfront turning to mild smoke and citrus peel in the earthy finish. Better than the sum of its parts.
