Draught at the brewery, 3/6/22. Clear, ruby-mahogany-maroon with some milk chocolate highlights. Off-white head atop is medium-sized and well-retained. Beautiful mineral, biscuity malts, not too much specialty malt with light graham cracker and hints of honey and hazelnut. Soft, grassy/herbal hops accent and lighten the maltiness. Soft and succulent malts dry out quickly, with pleasing, but light bitterness from hop adding fresh herb, light grass and wildflower even. Soft and well-attenuated with a comforting texture and impeccable balance. Lingering minerality. Divine!
