Wit’s Peak is a lively and luminous Belgian-style White with ingredients that pay homage to the Old World style. It’s built upon classic flavors of wheat and malt interwoven with exotic spices and citrus peel. Coriander and orange dance across the palate alongside a light, crisp herbal bitterness. Smooth, silky and curiously savory, it’s beautifully layered and wonderfully bright.

I can see what you're trying to do here. Roma's not too bad. But something off in the flavor and the finish likewise. Definitely wouldn't want another. Not sure if I can even finish this.

Not super wheaty, a bit of Belgian yeast character, lowish bitterness. This one didn't really come together for me.

Pours pale yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus. Taste has typical N/A elements, some thinness, slightly oily. Palate has some wheat notes, more citrus elements. Eh.

Can at home happy to add to this rare style tick. Cloudy gold brew rather light, bright white head. Nose is wheat and orange peel. Tatsss of orange peel, coriander, wheat, florals and some banana. Fairly dry and snappy.

12 oz can poured, from a 6 pack, and I'm actually quite glad I ended up with 6 of these. Really well put together wit beer here, very flavorful and refreshing. Clean golden appearance, moderate foam head. Floral and spicy coriander nose. Cool flavors with touches of citrus and coriander, with a mellow wheat lingering palate. Very easy drinking, and fits in nicely with wit beers with an abv attached. Very happy with this brew.

12 oz can, 1/15/22. Murky yellowish-orange. Wheat, coriander, clove. Pretty on style, and pretty much unnoticeable that it's NA. Reminds me of most breweries wheat beer from the classic earthy '00 flight. Well done.

6 pack of fresh cans drunk February 2022. Some light haziness can be garnered in this otherwise drab, brass liquid that shows a frothy, large, rapidly-receding, white head. The usual suspects of coriander, orange peel and bubble gum phenolics show up in the nose, with a rather sour-like (not unpleasantly so) wheat/malt character. Dry, seltzer-like with no body and thus not enough to support the acidity created by the herb/fruit/spicy phenol character. Just gets more astringent/acidic/fatiguing, but at least it's extremely dry, I guess.
