12 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma is fairly impressive, with oats, a touch of cocoa, and maple syrup. Flavour brings out the fenugreek and maple syrup, along with soft oats and a touch of roast. The body is definitely thin, and those weird ingredients are... well, weird. But they work. For an NA oatmeal stout, this is pretty solid.

12 oz can poured, picked up at Josh's Taps, Snohomish. Really impressed with this NA stout, as it is extremely flavorful, and drinks like a real stout. Dark muddy brown, near black appearance, tan foam head. Big bitter coffee note lingers on the palate. Nice taste of coffee, caramel, and a sturdy dose of maple. Toasty malt aroma, slight chocolate. Layered in taste, but does have a sense of being less filling than your average stout. Slick oat body makes this really easy drinking. Very impressive NA product here.

Canned 1/25/22, drunk 2/11/22. Ebony, clear with mahogany highlights. Small, dense, dark beige head showing moderate retention. Nose shows the fenugreek, which adds a savory quality and more depth to the nose, which really is appreciated for an NA beer, which usually come off very light in most aspects. Chocolate, light coffee and hints of vanilla with clean yeast and a touch of dark fruit character. Soft and velvety with even, mild roast featuring low acidity. Yet balanced and flavorful with good coffee, dark chocolate and more savory herb. Still notice the lightness of body, due to the NA nature, but they've done a lot to try to mitigate that here. Excellent.
