Draught, brewery, 1/28/21. Clear, pale, straw-golden with a neat, white head atop. Mostly mineral and light sulfur with straw, hay, cracker and biscuit ending on lightly citric and floral hop notes. Dry and malty and absolutely chalk full of malt and yeast flavor. Light honey, cracker, biscuit, mineral, pepper and flowers are gently bittered by the light hops. Really incredible amount of malt texture for it's size.
