Can pour from Andover Classic Wines. An opaque black with ring of beige head and light lacing. Aroma is subtle roasted malt, light yeasty tart quality. Taste is strong earthy roasted malt. Smooth, soft carbonation. A bit subtle and one-note but Ok, especially given relatively low ABV.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. The aroma is earthy grain with some soft yeast notes. The flavor has a weak malt body that ends with earthy notes. It is ok.

Draught at the brewery, 12/13/21. Undetermined clarity. Dark brown with cola tints and a small, light-tan head showing low retention. Toasty/roasty nose with hazelnut and buttercream. Mineral, raisin and plum. Light but with a moderate, milk chocolatealt sweetness that bolsters the body in concert with date and raisin fruitiness. Light mineral and brown bread with very gentle lingering acidity. Could stand a bit more hop and/or malt acidity but it's still clean, malty and drinkable.
