Draught at City Tap, 10/25/21. Super pale white gold with a small, dense, white head showing moderate retention. Heavily hazy/turbid. Nose is beautiful with passion fruit, lime, sauv blanc and light meyer lemon atop well attenuated honey-like malts. No booze or twang nor bubblegum. Similar flavor. Explosively hoppy with a soft, malty texture. Dry. Juicy, tropical fruits and wine with no alcohol or twang. However, there is some very strong, persistent bitterness on the end, astringent-like and problematic (for my palate at least). But everything else is stupendous. Love these guys.
