Undated can, from Boston Public Market, drunk same day of purchase, 10/4/21. Very carbonated can almost gushes, producing a massively foamy, white head atop a thickly, concrete-like OJ glass. Huge fruitiness in the nose, seems mostly yeast-driven. I mean, it's not bubble gum heavy, but oh my is this a lot of apple, peach, pear, etc...Good mix of pine and light citrus from the hops but there's still a bit of that massively droopy yeast with too much canned pineapple and canned peach. Which is a shame because the cashmere seems to add that telltale pepper/dank/pine which helps offset. In the mouth it's super juicy, super fruity. Like actually tastes like drinking peach juice at points....This really seems like quality brewing and, perhaps, baby steps with canning. So keeping that in mind. Because this is juicy, dry and flavorful, without too much hop acidity or resin. Nor alcohol.
