Four is an homage to a remarkably important year in our history. 2015 saw us commission our new brewery, constructed from the ground up, and our canning line.

This beer is a rebrew of the original JJJULIUSSS batch, made as part of our third anniversary party celebration alongside the introduction of Alter Ego.

We have learned a lot since then, and improved our beer dramatically. The combination of a nascent recipe with our modern process has resulted in a beverage wholly unique to Tree House. What a beer!

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Murky yellow. Oniony fruity hops, rather dry, green bitterness.

900th Massachusetts rating! Pours a hazy golden orange from a can. I’m picking up on mango, papaya, stone fruits, and a mint finish in the mouth. Very good beer.

Canned 8/18/21, drunk 9/9/21.
Pretty tangerine-canteloupe golden with a thick, almost milkshake-like consistency. Big white head is slow to recede, leaving plentiful lacing.
Bubble gum and big fruity esters mixing with melon, pine and heavy floral aromatics. Cracker and light honey gently balance. Thankfully it's not much actual acidity. Mango-papaya with tons of fermentation character and light alcohol notes.
Soft and creamy bordering thick with orange, tangerine, vanilla and light bubble gum and big, juicy bursts of pineapple-mango. Great attenuation and a soft, malty texture with low but engaging carbonation. Nice one here. And much less ultra-attenuated than most of their IPAs lately. Juicy and drinkable with melon and tropical fruit.

Pours a hazy, yellow-orange, with mid-sized head. Aroma is a rather muted combo of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is citrus and tropical fruit with an upfront bitterness that carries through to the finish. Almost a touch of a saison-like spiciness in the finish. Soft and smooth mouthfeel.
