Moderately hazy, dull bronze. White head to ring.
Nice pineapple-papaya-guava nose shows great yeast character. Matching hops augment the tropical/yellow fruit character without getting too intense. Not a bubble gum bomb, of course.
Dry and fruity in the mouth with bread and biscuit. Good juiciness from the fermentation without trying so hard. Very estery and only a light sharpness. Weird cellar-to-champagne-like yeast character. But solid and enjoyable if you like a strange, champagne-like yeast IPA.
