Draught at the brewery, 8/29/21. Clear, light golden with a tangerine pulp tint. Small, white head quickly fades to a ring. Great strength of aroma, damn! Peach is a complement to the lovely farmhouse yeast character of apple, pear, and mineral. Clean and lively with no heavy acid or even much in the way of malt. Malts are lean and sparse adding light cracker and hints of honey. No flaw or alcohol noted. Very nice restraint on the peach. The peach juice is fully attenuated in the mouth, contributing just flavor, little/no sugar. Soft, with light grains adding cracker and various rustic notes. Bone dry but not astringent. Excellent restraint on the peach.
