Pours a slightly hazy, gold-lemon, with mid-sized and lasting cap of foamy, white head. Aroma is grassy, with straw and hops. Flavor follows, with some pepper and cracker and maltiness. Fairly crisp and clean mouthfeel.

Good clarity in this brassy-golden beer. White head is small-to-medium-sized and shows moderately-strong retention.
Really interesting nose smells extremely herbal and more of a fresh herb than anything. Very green, moderately spicy, almost hints of dill (not exactly, but something along those lines). White peach and white grape follow with lemon, honey and biscuit on the end. Clean and snappy with no hop twang, alcohol or overabundance of hops, in general.
In the mouth it's soft and malty yet with ample, tight carbonation and gently bitter hops to give it a zesty, refreshing quality. Tons of fresh herb, fresh cut grass and lighter, daintier citrus notes abound, atop light honey and plentiful rustic grain notes. Great attenuation, clean and with no alcohol noted. Really enjoying this series.
