Lots of green onion and not much else. Finishes astringent and vegetable. Golden pour with decent head. Tap.

On draft at Dominion Wine and Beer. Pours a cloudy straw with an off white head. Aromas are grass and tropical fruit. Flavors are moderately bitter mixed citrus.

Canned 7/16/21, drunk 8/1/21.
Deep, deep, unfiltered honey/beeswax/ripe canteloupe. Heavily hazy. White head immediately fizzles to a ring.
Wow, that's different. Honey, caramel, spicy herbs maybe? Strong orange juice character. Very interesting and definitely pleasant. No sign of acidity, yet it's not cloying. Hint of grapefruit and strawberry? as it warms. Wow this is wacky. Lots of specialty malt. Crusty bread and such. Lime, lemon, earth, herbs....Not twangy nor resinous despite a touch of pine character. No alcohol or flaw noted.
Crusty bread, marmalade and light-to-moderate bitterness in the mouth, with a well-attenuated, malty texture and growing honey and pine-like acidity on the finish. Lingering floral and spice mixed with hop acidity. Nice and dry. Definitely interesting and innovative. It's like a tribrid of a West Coast/NE/old school IPA. At the end of the day, Tilted Barn's brewing is so good that it makes almost any beer a success or near-so.
