Draught and 32oz growler to go at the brewery the first couple months they were open (was Summer, that's all I recall).
Mostly clear, straw-golden with a bit of copper. Small white head is somewhat dense and fades to light cover.
Light hopping in the nose gives an American flare but isn't beating you over the head with pine or resin, thankfully. Biscuity malts and phenolics from the yeast deepen complexity. No alcohol or flaw noted.
Fairly malty and very attenuated, which I remember being immediately attracted to. Maybe a touch more phenolic clove than I'd prefer, but it's covered up significantly by the hops which add dank, green notes and light pine and grapefruit. Low but engaging carbonation and a dry finish with a biscuity texture.

4 oz sample at the source. Orange in color with thin lasting head. Aroma is Belagin yeast hints, grapefruit and a mild herbal hint.
The flavor is dominant of yeast with a very light fruity hop in the finish. Lighter in body with very low bitterness. Very easy drinking.

Sampled at the Granite State Brewers Fest. Slightly hazy light golden color small white head. Faint clove and pepper with a fair amount of citrus and pine on the nose and in the flavor. Pretty tasty hopped up BPA.
