Our flagship Pale Ale, Fort Point, works as a beautiful canvas for shining a spotlight on the array of aromatics that singular hops can express. For the latest addition to the series, we explore an exciting new pacific northwest varietal in Strata. Presenting a gorgeous deep yellow with a hazy glow, Strata Dry Hopped Fort Point offers a vibrant bouquet of fresh fruit. Passion fruit, pithy grapefruit, and peach lead the way, with a subtle dank edge that rounds out the sip with a gentle bitterness. Medium-bodied and refreshingly drinkable, we're pleased to add Strata to the Fort Point lineup.

16 ounce can from Canton brewery. Hazy, orange gold pour. Pillowy white head. Aroma of red berries, passion fruit, grapefruit and pine. Bready malt backbone leads to zesty fruit and light piney notes. Nicely balanced with a refined bitterness. Some peppery notes in the finish.

Canned 6/16/21, drunk 6/25/21. Moderately hazy, sunny-orange, with a frothy, white head showing moderately-strong retention. Peach, mango, orange/tangerine juice and light honey and cracker give a balanced, juicy aroma that shows no alcohol or flaw. Juicy as hell in the mouth, with a soft, malty texture provide ample malt depth and easily balancing the very light bitterness. Peach-mango-clementine flavors are enjoyable/comforting while the malt sweetens things somewhat with honey-like notes. Still sufficient attenuation and tight carbonation with no alcohol or hop twang/resin.

Pours murky mango into a nonick. No head. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Soft with melon, mango and passion fruit upfront turning to earthy pith and peel in the dry, medium length finish.
