Can. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Yeast, pepper, funk, floral notes. Tart with a dry finish. Nice.

Canned 4/27/21, drunk 6/19/21.
Clear straw-golden. White head is small, showing moderate-to-low retention.
Delicious sulfur in the nose! Wow, smells like opening a lambic, in that sense (though this isn't bacterial/brett-fermented). Hops remind me of Styrian Goldings to some degree (not suggesting they are, but it has some of that bright, hickory nut and lush herbal character). Malts are soft and show minimal cracker with light bread dough and low sugar. Almost a juiciness to it as it warms (pear, star fruit). Lovely. No flaw/alcohol.
Substantial body with excellent malt depth and attenuation. Some light sulfur remains with a hint of toasty malt and plentiful complexity from the various grains. Hops are less prominent in the flavor but that's fine. Light herbal/lemon notes deepen the complexity and the yeast adds a gentle fruitiness and light acidity on the finish. No alcohol or flaw, tight carbonation and soft texture. Really, really nice.
