Brewery draught 12/22/22. Mostly clear amber. Small, white head to ring quickly. Smells restrained, like spicy centennial or Chinook, perhaps (probably just cascade). Light sourdough behind it but not boozey or acidic. Weirdly spicy in the mouth, almost floral soap, with spruce and sweet caramel. Spicy finish. This is odd and yet not offensive or overly hopped for its size. So floral and sprucey! Lingering juicy spice. No where near the sweetness, alcohol or bitterness expected for its size. Not something I'd ever drink but interesting experiment.
Aroma is spruce tips booze caramel.
