[ As Brewers Inc Soldug ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat - grainy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast - belgium yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, belgium yeast, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat - grain. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180531] 5-3-6-3-10

Draught DØE 2018. Frothy white fair mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

DØE. Unclear deep golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, banana, grainy and spices. Flavour is malt, yeast, banana, grainy, medium sweet, spices, grass and a little bitter.

Keg at Brewers Inc, CPH, 10/11/17. Golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is toasted grains, stewed fruits, breads, cereals. Taste comprises pale malts, bready, straw, corn husk, light caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable for the style.
