Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: copper/bronze in color with a little bit of transparency but honestly, it's really faint and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light floral to herbal, subtle sourdough then biscuity bready tones
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet tone; finishes leaning into the sourdough and floral parts and a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable; very smooth along the tongue - nothing distracting; great carb
Overall: a very nicely done Helles lager worthy of coming back to.

Brewery draught, 12/16/22. Clear blonde-brass, medium-sized, white head, moderate retention. White grape, honeysuckle, traditional yeast giving a touch of sourdough. Clean, cracker, biscuit and honey like malts. Herbal hops give just enough acidity but are otherwise all aromatically lush herbs. Soft, white grape, honey and white bread malts, nice and rich, drying out nicely with herbs and pepper on the finish. Classic yeast, can't tell from a real German helles. Clean, balanced, nice and malty and drinkable.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy sheets. Earthy multigrain aromas. Soft with sweet honey, multigrain bread and caramel upfront turning to hay before the medium length bark finish.
