Bos Taproom draught, 11/28/22. Clear maple-amber, small, dark beige head. No spruce or much maple. Mostly just toasted and rich honey-like malt. Clean, not overly aromatic. Touch of bitterness mixing with dense, caramel-laden malts. Wouldn't guess spruce ever, but that's a good thing. Can see the maple, which lingers gently on the end. Soft and very malty as it should be. Dries out nicely on the end. This could have been a horrible disaster but they did a great job.
