Bos Taproom draught, 10/21/22. Lightly hazy, blonde-golden. Little head. Soft acidity with fruity lime and mild lactic character. Soft wheat. Clean, not punchy. Wow, the lime and salt with the fruity yeast and lactic acid combine to give a strong coconut flavor. A bit astringent though not intensely so. Lime builds up a bit much. Could use more salt and lactic acidity. Proud to be done with this review so I can stop drinking this beer, amirite?!
