Very dark brown almost black with a two-finger tan head. Aroma is mostly dark roasted grains and malts. Taste is also dark roasted grains and malts.

Bos Taproom draught, 10/21/22. Clear mahogany with dark, maple-amber highlight and a beige head with low retention. Hazelnut, toasted pecan and peanut. Vanilla-honey or macadamia. Just incredibly nutty... Nutty as hell in flavor too, with caramel, toffee, light alcohol?? and tons of hazelnut. Coffee-like, I suppose, but with too much specialty malt leading to all this nuttiness and a bit of a dearth of base malt. Lingering sourdough and strong toast.
