Brewery draught, 10/15/22. Lightly-to-moderately hazy amber-cola-orange with a small, fleeting, off-white head. Nose is hazelnut, toffee, toast and moderately spicy hops. Fairly clean, decent maltiness though it seems to be very specialty malt-driven. In the flavor it's not detrimentally-so, as there's no tannin or heavy sourdough from the specialty malt, but it's a touch thin on the finish with a lot of brown sugar, toffee and cola. Clean enough, though.

4 ounce draft at the source. Soft malt backbone that shows caramel and earth. Subtle spice in the finish in a medium body. The prototype Marzen.
