Hälfte is a modern dry hopped Edel-Pils brewed in collaboration with Other Half of Brooklyn, NY. Kettle-hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and German Saaz and dry hopped with Saphir, Hälfte marries the floral character of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz with the citrus and berry notes of Saphir. Pale yellow with white foam, it finishes clean and crisp with dry hop character and a hint of bitterness.

16oz can pours a clear straw yellow with a nice cap of white head. Nose has flowers, green grapes, some light grist, some grasses. Flavors is flowers and grapes and light honeysuckle, some grain now too. Finishes medium bodied, lightly sweet.

Canned 9/20/22, drunk 10/1/22. Bright, clear, copper-golden. Immediately-fizzling, white head. Touch of sourdough, bit of white grape, good minerality and tons of honey. Maybe a touch of melon-like character from the Saphir. Love that malt character. It's clean, crisp, malty and balanced. Soft and malty, on the lighter side, body-wise, but not thin. Honey, hint of wheat bread and tons of herbal hops with light bitterness, but ample to balance. Very clean, very focused honey-like maltiness. Quenching and satisfying.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Hay and straw aromas. Crisp with sweet, wet straw, lemon joy and meadow upfront turning to earthy tangerine pith in the medium length finish.
