Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, hops, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a dense and lacing off-white head. Floral, dusty nose. Medium body, dry, flowery and herbal - pretty intense to be honest. Very spicy hops, but also some very unpleasant and chemical phenols left from the fermentation. Extremely crude and bitter finish. Sibbarbs is normally a pleasant surprise - but not here. 200618

Draught at KØ18. Yeasty and quite spicy aroma. Smells like Belgian yeast to me. Cloudy dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour of also quite spicy, seems to come from both the yeast and the hops. High bitterness, bordering on unpleasant. But fairly well-balanced.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, rich head. Tangerines, grass and green apples up front. Dry with light-medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Green apples, metal and resin is what remains after the aroma. Aggressive and edgy.

330ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze and a foamy head. Biscuity, malty and slightly earthy aroma with hints of peach and melon. Orange, herbs, melon and some biscuity notes in the taste. Nicely balanced and easy to drink.
