Detroit Taproom draught, 9/9/22. Mildly hazy, bright lemon-to-brass. Small, off-white head, low retention. Nicely tart nose with mostly fruit acids, but yet not overdone with the fruit, certainly not the sugar. Grains are soft, supportive, seemingly well-attenuated. Hint of brett and mild Sacch. esters with no alcohol or flaw. Great fruitiness with good acidity and tartness, light saison qualities and tons of juicy tropical fruits. Just enough sweetness but with good attenuation, drying out on the zesty, tart finish. Soft and malty with no alcohol or flaw.
