Draft at brewery work event, should have went lower abvs early on. Yellow pour and of course pulpy looking. Nose is tropical fruits. Tastes of pineapple, guava, papaya, some earthy pine and florals. Chewy mouthfeel. Pleasant enough.

Fenway draught, 9/7/22. Glowing lemon-pineapple turbid. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Somewhat timid, mosaic-forward nose with lemon and potpourri. None of the drawbacks of mosaic, per usual from Trillium. More lemon, grapefruit, light pine from El Dorado. Sparse, crackery malts. Clean yeast with light mineral. No alcohol noted. Soft, maltier than expected, with vague lemon, tangerine, vegetal and peppery hop notes. Fine attenuation and some lingering juiciness with no alcohol or excessive bitterness. No chalky/pithy dry hop. Despite all that, there's not much compelling about it either. Kind of a table sugar-like malt character, as well. It is quite drinkable but at this abv I expect more flavor intensity. Though, for using two of the three Axis of Evil hops (the third being Simcoe), this is quite well-done.

Pours murky pear into a shaker. No head. Sweet pear, apricot and white smarties aromas. Crisp with sweet white smarties, guava and papaya front to back. Earthy pine finish.
