Brewery draught, 9/2/22. Clear brass-maize with a big, creamy, white head of strong retention. Sticky honey and almost juicy hallertauer. Soft, plastery mineral and light cookie-like sweetness. Almost a sweaty funk to it, which probably doesn't sound like a good thing for a pils but I think it's just a ton of hallertauer in great condition, contributing fresh, raw plant-like funk. Soft and hoppy with good malt character, strong attenuation and plentiful sweat, herb, pepper, and mineral. Lingering bitterness, and even some hop juiciness (white grape). Pear, pepper, honey, mineral. Tons of flavor for its size. Really rustic and unique.
