750mL bottle, drunk 8/20/22. Clear brown. Small, off-white to butter head. Souring bacteria and balanced malt with caramel, vanilla and raspberry. Really fucking balanced, wow. Same flavor. Damn this is what you want a Flemish Sour to be, so tart and juicy with malt balance and aged acidity with juicy cherry and vanilla notes. Drinkable as all hell. This guy is a master of this extremely difficult style
