Draught at Pine Bar, 8/18/22. Cloudy brass-apricot. Small, white head. More gose than fruit in the nose with the kettle souring done very well. Reminds me of a Cambridge Brewing kettle sour. Great lactic complexity and evenness with no punch. Light salinity with complementary fruit notes that are equally well-aged and mild, though aromatic. Soft and malty with good wheat depth and good attenuation. Tart, lactic, fruity and lightly juicy with a pleasingly balanced finish. Soft salinity throughout. Excellently developed flavors abound.
