The elegance of a lager with a West Coast hop character. Fermented with our house Kölsch yeast at cooler temps than your average IPA. Smooth and clean mouthfeel with a crisp bitterness. Bright and clean.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: copper color with some transparency; two finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light melon and/or some floral hoppiness, clean bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a sturdy sweet malty vibe; clean finish of malts
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, smooth along the tongue
Overall: nice enough for a cold IPA though the style is more or less just a rebranded version of IPL's

Just bought from trusted spot but canned back in March. Will I ever check dates prior to purchase? Doubtful. Cloudy yellow pour and some fluffy head. Nose is star fruit and cantaloupe. Tastes similar with some herbal tones also thrown in. Medium palate

Taster pour from a can at The Beer Store, Salem. Typical yellow look with frothy, pillowy head. Not much in the way of aroma or flavor--mild bittering hops. Insta post references West Coast character so wouldn't surprise if it were a C-hop? Smooth texture, thin body, average carbonation. Clean. Nothing offensive about it but not exciting in any way. Kolsch yeast may indeed lead to cleaner feel but between it and whatever hops were used yields little aroma/flavor.

5 oz draft. Aroma has non-description fruit and mild grass. Flavor follows with a light hint of lager yeast. Balance of hops and yeast. Decent.

Brighton Taproom draught, 8/19/22. Hazy/cloudy blonde-lemin. Large, dense, white head, good retention. Oh yeah, sulfur-rich and malty. Less hop than I'd expect but gaining some fruitiness as it warms. Bubble gum and melon on the end. No alcohol, resin. Fruity, soft, malty, bubble gummy. Probably a lot more yeast driven than I care for, or maybe I just don't care for this yeast. Incredibly low bitterness. Tangerine, melon, table sugar. Lol is this a Grimm IPA??!

Pours hazy light gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving soapy lacing. Mango and tangerine aromas. Soft with tangerine and guava front to back. Lasting dry honey finish.
