Canned 5/6/22, drunk 8/17/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-brass-maize. Small, white head, moderate-to-low retention. Yeah.....this isn't the freshest, but it was refrigerated. Cashmere smells piney, woodsy, densely, lushly spicy. Great fuckin hop. Malts seem to have a caramel-tinge, or maybe that's light oxidation? Bit sweet, whatever the case with no alcohol or resin. Soft, succulent, deep, deep, pillowy malts. Ok attenuation, could be better, could be worse. Great hop character again with spice, wood, dank notes and juicy pine. No resin. Honey, caramel, vanilla. Will give it some slack for the age, but could be a little more dry and less caramel-like.

Can (8/18/20) pour. Appearance is opaque milky light brown-dark yellow with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger width white rocky foam head with good retention and nice leggy lacing. Aroma is strong pineapple, lighter coconut. Taste mirrors aroma. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation, mild alcohol astringency and finish as taste. Overall, strong aroma and flavor. Not the most complex and alcohol astringency is a bit of a drawback.
