750mL undated bottle, drunk 8/17/22. Clear brass-bronze. Large, off-white, well-retained head. Lovely, lovely brett character is expressive and mild/moderate without any heavy punch or excess acid. Lemon, hickory nut, maybe a touch of light band-aid. Rustic wheat behind it balances wonderfully. Light honey, mineral, light-to-moderate lactic acidity. No alcohol or flaw noted. Soft, juicy lemon and lightly tropical brett with moderate lactic acid. Only tart at best and with a soft, slick, supple, wheat-heavy texture with light honey-like sweetness to balance, as well. No alcohol and just even, mild, well-aged/developed Brett and Lacto for days.
