A light & approachable foeder-aged, mixed-fermentation ale. Spritzy with delicate notes of lemon lime, hay, soft oak and hints of pome fruits & honeysuckle. Light-bodied with a dry, clean finish.

Tap at Pult, thx! Hazy golden body, white head. Oaky, creamy aroma, citric, the wood being very much in evidence, otherwise fairly clean for the style. Smooth, light oaky taste, bit citric, light vegetal touches at moments, traces of phenols. Good stuff, not great though.

Can at FOAM, 8/13/22. Mostly clear, pale blonde-straw. Small, feeble, white head. Cellar must, earth, peppery hop (or is it yeast phenol?) on the end. Mild Brett and rustic grain. Clean, interesting house character. Spicy, dill?? Some tart acidity with lemon and soft plaster. Light Brett, cellar-like funk and lingering peppery, dill-reminiscent spice on end. Very light, dry, but amply malty.
