This beautiful, wild ale as been aging in barrels since 2020. Aromas of lemon, cherry, and honey lead way to a beer that is bright, lightly tart, and just a touch funky.

Bottle at FOAM, 8/12/22. Hazy lemon. Low head. Lemon, wood, vanilla, honey. All the usual suspects. Hints of acetic mixing with moderate lactic acid. Honey, lactic acid, rustic grain. Very clean and straightforward Brett and lacto with lingering fruity honey.
